Jeremiah was great to work with. There was an issue with a vehicle safety and he rectified it. Jeremiah also was very detailed and clear in his explanations with me. Jeremiah made the experience a pleasure.

Edit: this review wasn't meant as a compliment. You had 5 stars prior. Quality and expectations have diminished in the ten years I've been going here. Bigger building and name change didn't equate to better. All around poor experience with the newer staff. Condescension and bad attitude. Luckily I only have to stop in when I buy a new vehicle or need a picture taken.
