Very good service by the team. I had to register my vehicle from another province to Manitoba and got it done within few minutes. Very knowledgeable and well trained staff with great customer service and expert in their field. Absolutely recommended to new comers for seeking their guidance and help for getting all the necessary paperwork done. 5 stars truly deserving for the team.

This specific location is amazing. All the customer service reps that I have ever interacted with or spoken to have always been professional, patient, polite and very knowledgeable. From my experience they go above and beyond and give thorough explanations and information.

I bought a car with valid safety and took the paperwork into la Salle on Pembina. They put my safety into the system and set up ownership, payed taxes etc. I specifically asked if I could later register it even if the safety expired without having to go get a new safety because I didn’t want to run into problems. They said yes. When I went to go put it on the road a couple months later at a different autopac I was told I need to buy another temp and go get a new safety as the one they put into the system expired. When I called them back on it, they said their employee must’ve miss informed me. Would’ve been nice if that particular employee looked into it. Now it’s costing me time and money.

Never got our work done. Not helpful. They never tell about the problem at one time, every time you go there they will just find issues.
