Terrible customer service. I have requested multiple times that they cancel my tenant insurance since I left my apartment, and they are still charging me monthly for an insurance that does not cover anything. Would definitely not recommend.

Their employe made a mistake and canceled my policy without telling me. I went 30 days without insurance on my home. Once I realized and called them back and they increased my premium by 150$ a year and refused to give me my original premium that they canceled.

Worst company ever ZERO star in fact!!! Their staff is incompetent and zero professional. You have to be after them in order to get answers to your enquiries rather than them calling you straight away. If you have a file with them they will ask you to speak to 100 persons before you can actually speak to the right person. They forgot to cancel my insurance policy and they still charge me cancellation fees. TOTALLY NOT WORTH YOUR TIME when there are plenty of other great insurance companies our there.

Dealing with cooperators , has been a positive experience. Very professional and knowledgeable people. Saving money on my policy is an added bonus too ! Thanks Penny for your professionalism! Definitely recommending cooperators for a multitude of insurance needs.
