If we could give 0 stars I would do it after 1 and a half years that you liked the vehicle and that there should no longer be any payment going through, the same happens at any time.... to flee and never take. Then when you call customer service just absent never able to respond to the request and just throws the ball from one department to another then ends up telling you when he sees that he has gone around sending an email to an address NEVER AGAIN AND ESPECIALLY NEVER TAKE ANYTHING WITH THEM

Very disappointed by their lack of professionalism. I filed a complaint 3 months ago and it still hasn't been resolved. I applied for another loan with another insurance with the same information and within 3 weeks it was resolved. 6 months later and I'm still having claims issues with IA. They keep asking for more information and of course it takes a month between each step. SSQ and Cda Vie accepted my request within a few weeks with less information. In addition to my doctor, I am followed by 4 specialists and despite this IA continues to question the legitimacy of my claim request!

Twice I used IA VAG roadside assistance and to be frank it would have been simpler to call Or towing since simply making the request with this insurance company is a ..... of ordeal on top of that. 'always be anxious to know if someone on the other end of the line has taken note of my contact details so as not to wait for nothing. I will never take back an extended warranty with IA VAG NEVER @!$&&@«:((((
