Sales rep was very thorough and patient. He went the extra mile to help me out with, why my auto insurance is so high. Not satisfied with the way they handled my hit and run claim and arbitrarily deemed it at fault without talking to me, I am also a party ???
Ok except the drive savvy program, they didn’t explain it well till we sign new auto and home new policy, didn’t like the idea of full tracking every movement and trip u make .. no privacy. I end up removing this feature and they charge me 10% more
Terrible A whole year paid Not one accident on my record For them not help me in a hit and run. Never again
