Very knowledgable, professional and responsive.

I am insured with them as a Marine Inspector with Error and Omission liability insurance. I have been paying $1900 premium annually for years. Very recently, I had an unfavorable judgment against me for $17,000 in Small Claims, I sent them the judgment and I have not heard from them for 2 months. I have just had my company bank account seized because I was waiting for payment from this insurer, it is clear that I would have to pay the $17,000 myself without guarantee that they will reimburse me again. Very poor service. So frustrating, no one calls you back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I have been insured with BFL Canada for several years. When I opened a file against another of his policyholders after 3 months of waiting without any response. they refused to hear what I had to say even though I was assured with them to contact the opposing party and only take their opinions and defenses. This is very disrespectful and a lack of professionalism and ethics.

We are forced to do business with them directly this year, and it is very long and laborious

I find that premiums increase drastically every year. I'm not too enthusiastic.
