Called yesterday waited 70 minutes to get a quote since I'm changing vehicles , finally get connected to an agent, says she can't hear me and hangs up, no call back. Called back today, waited 2 hours before I finally hung up, I wanted to see how long this would go on for but this service is horrendous for Quebec's "largest insurance broker" atrocious
Horrible service, from being on hold for an hour and a half to finally reaching someone to get a quote. The agent was rude and almost seemed bothered by my inquiries, good thing I was speaking french to her, I can't imagine how annoyed she would have been had I spoken english to her...
I highly suggest staying away from this insurance company. My broker was great but I had a terrible experience 6 months in. I had an issue with one of my payments and the receptionist kindly transferred me to somebody in accounting who refused to speak to me in English. When I asked her she simply answered me with a “non”. As somebody who works in customer service and takes pride in giving amazing service, how is this even acceptable??? How is this person employed at this company?? I then asked to be transferred to somebody who would speak to me in English and I was met with the ABSOLUTE rudest person I’ve ever experienced in customer service. She was extremely condescending, unhelpful and spoke to me as if I was stupid. Slowly as if I couldn’t understand her, not even listening to my issue. There are so many amazing insurance companies out there that fight to have your business. Why would anybody choose to go with a company that treats their customers like they’re beneath them. I’m not sure if I’m stuck in a contract but I will be doing all I can to switch over as soon as possible and I will most definitely not be resigning with them. Good luck to anybody who chooses to sign up with this insurance company.
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Lussier insurance. The level of customer service I received was extremely disappointing. The representatives were disrespectful and unhelpful throughout the process. I prefer to work with bigger companies than working with cheap ones.this is why you can't grow to become big!!!
Called and left messages 3 times this week and now 4 days later called again to ask why I'm not being responded to. Receiptionist transferred my call to telephone hell where I'm now on hold, a queue waiting to talk to "the next available broker" - been on hold here for over an hour! What ever happened to good customer service and valuing clients? Not cool!
