I was transfered to this company when they bought out my broker, of whom I've been with for over 15yrs. Absolutely horrible service. Truly horrendous. I wanted to change the vehicle on my policy. This seemed to be the most complicated thing to do. I spent over 74mins on the phone to get this simple process done, and was on hold for over 60mins of it. I was transfered roughly 4-5 times. It was abundantly clear that the call takers were completely lost. Also, they mainly deal with Aviva, so this is more of one of their subsidiaries than it is an insurance brokering company. I was quoted over $1k more p/y than a different company I had called prior to calling what I thought was my old insurance broker. Big companies buying out smaller competitors isn't always a good thing. This proves it in my eyes.

Phony insurance taking 1 hour to answer the phone and who takes out insurance policies (for that they are fast) when you wanted a simple quote!! They are now asking us for $400 under the pretext that we said “yes” during our call with them. However, they refuse to share the audio recording with us and continue to ask us to pay when once again, we wanted a quote and never accepted or signed anything!! Absolutely avoid if you want to avoid dealing with dishonest people who will do anything to take advantage of expatriates like us!! We won't let it happen!
