Would give negative stars if possible. No reasonable communication whatsoever, no option to check my current amount owning or when my next bill will be online. They sent a letter telling me my policy would be canceled a week before the due date, due to a missed payment which i didnt know the date of until it was too late. I couldn't get ahold of them to talk about this so my policy was canceled. 3 weeks later they sent my remaining balance (which they want AFTER they canceled my policy) they sent it to collections No one answers the phone, by text the agents give no help either. 0 stars, go literally anywhere else
Une fois vous cancellez, les payments continueront car leur système n’est pas bon.//Dont go with them. When you cancel to go somewhere else they will continue to take 2-3 more payments. I had to call my bank to block they system. Worst experience ever in 10 years
As soon as I had an accident I called my insurance, they had my car arranged to go in get fixed. Agent was great to deal with she handled everything. Pointed out things I was not aware of. I recommend them highly.
-slow -late in response -need to call to follow up, otherwise ur claim is invisible to them -took 6 months from incident occurred, yet they can’t complete the job -terrible communication between them and their contractor -end result, job unfinished, contractor re-evaluate the condition, but insurance refused to pay
It was a terrible decision to have insurance with Sonnet/Economical auto insurance. They have the worst customer service, i would literally wait on the line for more than 30 minutes every single time i wanted to speak to a representative. Additionally, they have very very high premiums. I don’t understand what for ?!! And the most disappointing incident that happened with me is that they forcing me to have a deductibles of at least1000$ or less, claiming that my car is financed. They discovered this amazing discovery after 9 months into my policy. Finally, when i wanted to acquire a driving experience from them, i found out that they reported a hit and run incident which was never processed and yet they are holding me accountable for it. I have been trying to change that and acquire a new letter for the last month now. Calling them over 10 times and transferring me to different departments, claim departments, sonnet customer service and claim adjuster…. For reallll DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM!!
