I have been a customer for over 30 years, I have had a total of three complaints over the years. One more than 20 years ago (theft in my garage), one more than 10 years ago (car accident) and one last year (loss of food following a power outage) and I I've never had a problem with complaints. However, I regret that my insurance increases every year. Cars are getting older every year and despite everything, car insurance is increasing. I'm seriously considering going for a little trip elsewhere.
