Don't make the mistake of signing with them. They changed their name but still the same. SSQ refused my claim for the roof of my garage collapsed under the weight of the snow. Under the pretext that my shingle was curled....weird since I had a tin roof. The claims adjuster's report in my favor as well. I should have fought harder but I didn't have the strength or the resources.

I can no longer access my file online, IMPOSSIBLE to have telephone contact with customer service, we wait more than an hour without a response and worse, to make a complaint, we have to contact them by telephone for the 1st step! Maybe the responders are running to give a bag back to a customer like in the ad, but please, REPLACE them to respond to your other customers!

A big zero! Making payment agreement for such a day, and cancellation of insurance even before the day of payment mentioned on the official documents. Terrible service, and I'm polite!!! Procedures with the OPC are underway

Since they merged with the capital the line is hell I tried 3 days in a row at different times I wait more than 1 hour and I never get the line very frustrating I don't think I'll renew with them if getting help is such hell
