A big 0 for the gentleman in a suit and tie who is supposed to be a receptionist to help people know where to go. You're way too much in character. Just because of your arrogance, you are making the experience negative for people who have to come to your premises. A little advice for you, my poor friend: a smile and a little compassion will make your work more pleasant. Take an example from your young blonde-haired colleague. I have observed her, her customer service is impeccable. She is reassuring, smiling, we feel that she is there to help.
