Hey Well yes 0 stars. I can understand that I have an advisor on my case. But when my advisor never called me back and I wish I had another one just to do a quick service. Please just let me contact another thank you. Instead of offering me a service I am asked to wait and my advisor will call me back but it is now 4:30 a.m. and now it closes and I have to wait until Monday!!! And then I called back 5 times and they hung up on me 5 times... No thank you, I'll call the one in Terrebonne or elsewhere but never St Eustache.

Worst financial experience ever, very arrogant staff. They call you an imbecile for not signing.... I didn't want the contract and we still took the money from the account. So I asked for a payment stoppage and they did not comply (he had another direct debit the following month....). So I have to call back and they accuse me of never having called... and so on.

Worst insurer on the planet, endless delays and of course: he refuses to pay! They are worse than Desjardins... More than 3 months to process a file is unacceptable.
