I’ve been trying to connect with someone to set up insurance for a 2nd vehicle since yesterday but no one has called me back after leaving two messages and being on hold for a long period of time. I will now have to go with another provider because I’m picking up the new car tomorrow. Very disappointed

We claimed for our house stealing since last December. They always told us that our case was under analysis until the end of March. Our agent stopped responding our emails, and we have no idea where we currently set in this super long process.

Overall high price, I know we are in Quebec but I'm still learning French and they don't serve my correctly over the phone, bad bilingualism and when i ask to repeat they seen annoyed... If you don't want to serve clients, work else where. I dont recommend

Bunch of liars. Unprofessionals and careless. Promutuel dont ask me to call customer service, aint gonna happen. Youre really interested in keeping ur clientele u have to do the followup and call us
