I was a Client of OVC Assurance for many years, every year it was a hassle to renew my policy, this year with the Flood in Montreal, I requested to up my coverage, - at the beginning the agent refused and said we are not allowed. -I shopped for another insurance, once I wanted to cancel the policy the agent magically was able to up my coverage at a ridiculous rate. -I left many messages for the agent I was dealing with and not even a one call back, which used to happen every single time. -finally after waiting for good 40 minutes on hold an agent talked to me and she said I have to pay a penalty for cancelling my policy, and gave me a figure, a week later after policy cancellation I get a bill doubling the amount of cancellation. - of course I still have not received a call from the manager, -the agent that contacted me, I requested a manager to call me back, she specifically said the manager is busy as there are many people without a roof on top of their head. -a week later once I messaged again requesting a manager I received an email from the same agent the manager is on Vacation. I do not recommend this company, their agents change all the time, never return calls. and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. James.

Marc-André Gascon help get the insurance for my new car, he was really professional, everything was handle through emails and in one day I had the insurance confirmation that help get my new car. He was really helpful ! 5 stars for sure.

I spoke to Marc Antoine Champoux and he was very courteous. He understood what I needed and gave me the best options. He was efficient in his job. He keeps me posted on what I need to know and answers all my questions.

I was looking for new auto insurance since it went up almost 50% despite my car has anti-theft system, TAG. Marc-André got me a great deal, so I ended up switching my home insurance as well.
