I used this agency many times in the last 10 years, always good experience. I live in Toronto so never dealt with them in person, online only. The website is very simple and convenient. Easy to research and compare similar policies from different providers. I usually ask a few questions via email before purchase and always get quick and helpful reply, even on weekends.
