The absolute worst insurance company in existence!!!!!!! My advice is for anyone who currently has insurance with them to drop them. You never know how good or bad an insurance company is until you suffer a huge loss. I had such a loss on a building that was only 2 years old and had cost me 540 thousand to build and that was my cost as a contractor. They offered me 350 thousand and it took them 3 months just to do that. Of course I didn't except it and it took me hiring a lawyer and 2 years of my time to finally get paid. They were the absolute worst company I have ever ever dealt with. They clearly have no idea what they are doing when it comes to rebuilding and pricing any structures. Their inability to even converse with me was mind boggling. Again my advice to everyone who currently has insurance with them is to leave. You may think they are all great but when you suffer a a huge loss you will find out how bad they are.

Insurance services that don't listen well and follow up poorly with their customers. I had 2 accidents and in both cases the adjuster never contacted me and I had to constantly call myself to get news. The person assigned to my file made bad choices and took an approach without asking me anything, so the end result: They made repairs worth nearly $4,000 on a 2008 Yaris, telling me a starting amount that was significantly lower than that. this one (2339.20)!!!. Other justifiable problems related to the accident arise and I am told that it is not their fault and that they do not revalue a vehicle this old so why repair it at this amount without my consent? It seems that they never consider the possibility of returning the amount in money even if it means lying to their customers since when I told them about it I was entitled to a speech telling me that it was none of my business ! I hated my experience and those around me were also surprised by these decisions and this poor follow-up!

Very disappointed with my experience at Promutuel, the exorbitant prices they charged me, I started my contract at $86 per month and ended after 1 year with an increase to $176. No claim, same vehicle... Desjardins offered me $97 for the same contract!!! I do not recommend...

Excellent auto, home and recreational vehicle insurance company. The service is very good and the staff are courteous. Plus, I got a great price! It's worth a try!
