0 stars. The phone service constantly hangs up. There is a single agent who is there in person, and you can see this guy never worked a day in his life. Tried explaining our issue to this guy and he legit started talking about hamburgers, I'm not even joking, he's totally braindead. I invite everyone to try and resolve their issues here in person but you'll probably have a better time talking to a lamppost. Also, a couple years ago there was an entire floor to do your RAMQ in person. It's clear that the government is cutting costs and replacing it with cheap telephone/online services.

I wish i could give a 0 star. The people working there act as if they are giving me the world by providing me a basic healthcare coverage that ive paid for with my tax dollars. They don't know their own laws and I need to tell them what 's written on their website. It would be more efficient if they just put an ai system instead.

The people who want to help you (front desk and security - I see you, you are wonderful and I love you) are being hamstrung by bellicose and prejudiced supervisors and inflexible systems made worse by an inability to engage in any problem solving on behalf of someone making simple inquiries . Come prepared with all your documents, because they are the only thing that matters. You could be literally dying for their assistance and they will still be absolument natzis à propos de la paperasse. Service Quebec wasted a week of my time sending all over the Island in an ultimately futile attempt to get my requests fulfilled. The phone system is déchets chauds and uninformative. The Online system is opaque and confusing. There is no one to speak with, there is no supervision to appeal to, the claims of the website that they will help you navigate the systems are lies. The French had a simple, sharp solution the problem of oligarchic institutions oppressing their subjects 250 years ago. After this experience, I believe that time has come again. This is the future, this is the boot stamping on the face of humanity. -100 out of Zero stars.

Useless department , rude people , poor customer service with zero respect. We are in CANADA with Capital C so you need to acknowledge the fact that some people have to be serviced in English ( one of the official languages in our country)

The most entitled group of government staff who assume that they are doing you a favor by giving you the basic healthcare services. The quality of healthcare that Canadians receive could be so much better if majority of this department was replaced by software automation. And it would save the government a ton of money which could be used in hiring more doctors and nurses.
