Spent almost an hour on the phone to get a quote, which went fine. The day I called back to activate it, they told me that they could not insure the house anymore because it was too old. Totally useless company.

One of the worst company I ever dealt with. Terrible service. Endlesss waiting time. Their commercial is so ironic and non representative. It's a the other complete opposite of reality.

Client for 15 years or more, always been well served.

Unable to contact anyone in this company. I have had life insurance for 8 years and I have not been able to obtain the relevant details to communicate them to my ex as required by my divorce agreement. Now, it’s my lawyer who has to try to join them (at $310 an hour!). Shame, shame, shame, what a waste of reputation this non-existent and ineffective customer service is! A nightmare and I didn't even file a complaint! What would that be!!!!!!

With good people in the same way, we interfere in the doctor/patient relationship and we stop covering certain medications. With good people in the same way, we charge a fortune for group insurance for public sector employees. If you are a good person, then truly kind people are literally angels. In short, your insurance company is no different than any other shark in your industry, which makes your advertising campaign all the more ironic and infuriating.
