The opening hours state that they close at 5 p.m. but transactions end at 3 p.m. No way to know this in advance without moving around and hitting a wall. What a circus, lucky you leave employees on site until 5 p.m. twiddling their thumbs. People work during your famous “transaction” hours. You are a bank you just do transactions.ouvre pi avoye. Pathetic service.

I have been a member of Dejardins for over 20 years. I only requested access to indoor parking. The employees at the counter refused and laughed in my face. Worst customer service I have seen in my life

They refused to serve me on the pretext that the cash register was closed even though it was 4:40 p.m. and that the cash register normally closes at 5 p.m.! All this while I was inside! Clearly the employees do not want to work in this fund! Very nice to be treated like this! In addition to data theft, insurance increases without notice for renewals! The worst cooperative that exists in Canada, perhaps even in the world! I advise you not to do business with this fund in tk! If I could I would give a rating below zero, a total lack of respect
