Worst insurer, especially for people from Quebec. No visit from the claims adjuster because too busy with Montreal. Sends me to the hotel but doesn't pay. Wanted me to store my furniture 6 months ago, I didn't want to. Lucky me because I would have paid 6 months of storage for nothing. Does not pay despite formal notice. Take a close look at your contract for water damage from outside...

Avoid this company! We had a brand new car. A guy went through a red light and made more than 20k of damages on it. They refused to change the car. We have problems with the car all the time since the accident. The car doesn't start quite often...it cost time out of work, taxis, time at the garage...We can't sell the car anymore because of what happened...
