They are quick to transfer money from your account to theirs, but when it comes time to withdraw an investment to buy a property, the delay is extremely long. I made the request over three weeks ago and haven't received anything yet. My advisor does not follow up on voice messages and text messages when they are answered, allow a delay of a few days. I had to borrow money from relatives to transfer to the notary so as not to delay taking possession of my house. At National Bank and IG Asset Management, the funds were in my account two days later.
