The best insurance company there is. When needed they are there. Very easy to reach them. They know what to say to make you feel good and relax. After all you just had an accident and you feel stress to the fullest. They are very easy to talk to which is very important in my book. In conclusion, I have been with them for 20 years and I am obviously very satisfied.

I always get an excellent service from all agents. Their prices are very competitive and the packages fit exactly our needs. The claim process is easy and fast. I had to claim a broken patio door for the house and a car crash on another occasion without any issue during and after the claim and they accompanied me through the process at all time. I'm very happy with La Capitale. I've been a customer for 15 years now (and I'm receiving free privileges because of my loyalty, which is cool). I'm not planning to leave for another insurance company because I'm 110% satisfied with them.
