**EDIT: I already called several times and there’s still no update. Instead of telling me to call and wait on hold to be told that I’ll be called back and then never called back how about you have someone call me directly to fix the situation?** Someone else caused an accident and damaged my vehicle more than a week ago and the service with this company has been horrible. No follow ups after my original call. I keep calling to see which garage to visit to have my car fixed and my adjuster has been missing the entire time. I’m still waiting to see where to go and how to follow up with my claim and there is no work being done on my case. Will likely switch insurance companies after this experience.
