O Service Canada Center, your officials are a test, and your welcome, a challenge. In these places, inefficiency reigns supreme, offering users infinite patience. An endless experience, but we have little choice since you are the only ones who can give us passports! See you again in 10 years my cigars!
3:35 p.m. Friday we are refused for a new passport because there are 3 customers in front of us Ditto for a lady who arrived at 3:25 p.m.! He was told to come at lunch time!
