Worse insurance company I've ever had to deal with. Extremely long waits on hold, impossible to speak to anyone. They cancelled all of my father's home insurance policy coverage except for fire less than 3 weeks after he died. He had been a client for over 50 years. Most companies keep the same coverage for 6 months. They also charged a penalty when I cancelled his car insurance. The man died, it's not like he cancelled his insurance to go to another company.

Insurance brokers unreachable The co-ownership insurance is with Lussier, but the insurance brokers on the co-ownership insurance contract cannot be reached and no one else at Lussier is able to explain certain clauses of the contract to me. I want to take my home (condo) insurance at this location (Lussier) and no one can help me. Can't speak to a broker, looks like they don't have any brokers in the office today. The waits in line are therefore very long. We've been trying since this morning, after 1 hour on the line, we hung up because it didn't look good. A 2nd try, at 2 p.m., after 35 minutes, they finally answer me, we start to discuss my file, they ask me for the telephone number because the lady is not waiting well, and she calls me. Never called me back.
