This is the absolute worst company you could ever deal with. I dealt with a representative named Martin Desrosiers for many years. He retired, and without telling me/asking my permission, he sold all of my accounts to another sales rep. This person he sold the accounts to, Eric Beauchesne, is terrible. I have asked him by email, and phone conversation to do many things over the years. He has never done anything. In addition, I have called Groupe Clouthier in Trois-Rivieres a few times to complain about the service, and they dont even have enough courtesy to call me back. STAY AWAY!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AT ALL LEVELS

Be seriously suspicious of these incompetent people!!!! I was not even aware that I had a link with them in any way, in short after being informed by e-mail only that I was part of a personal data leak I ended up making a link between them and a former employer for whom I had joined a group RRSP! I tried to contact the representative Antony Plourde who was supposed to take care of my file a few times, still without response a week later!! I am now trying to speak to a superior and still no return call from them!!! I am left in vain with the fear of being defrauded!! If I can give you some advice, stay away from these charlatans.
