I’ve called for multiple days in a row. Their phone extension are messed up. When you dial 0 no one answers “ DURING THEIR WORKING HOURS”
Hello everyone! Just to tell you that, in my opinion, you should not take the additional insurance offered by your dealership at a cost of several thousand dollars on a used vehicle of at least IA. Despite the very good coverage our family had, when it came time to make a claim, well they covered $0. Shame on them. Unfortunately, 0 stars do not exist, however, in all honesty.
