Literally hung up, without a word, after asking a question.
Very disappointed difficult to reach I called 5 times this morning and each time after 6 to 10 minutes of waiting I just hung up with nothing The 5th time he offered to send me an emergency email so that he would call me back given the situation but that he would still transfer me just in case that the 5th time would work...but that if he had the means to email was sent.. obviously she did the same thing and hung up on her soon and still didn't get the urgent call back It wasn't like that before but it's happened twice for different situations 1 year apart between the two events and same situation it's not possible to talk to them
Difficult communications, very long call return times when there are any and monthly bonus collected twice during the same week for no reason. These are my latest experiences with Lussier Dale Parizeau. No complaints department... I admit that I have had good service in the past, perhaps a stroke of bad luck.
I was insured by Lussier Dale Parizeau for 3 years. The renewal for my 4th year with them was coming up and it turns out that I moved during the same period to the block next to the one where I was. I called a broker at LDP to announce my change of address. He tells me that my insurance premiums will increase by around $100 for the car and will go from $25 for my apartment to around $37. I moved from a 4 1/2 to a 3 1/2. Seeing my surprise for the fee increase, the broker couldn't tell me why the costs were changing significantly. I shop with other insurance companies and have obviously found cheaper elsewhere. But that's not the reason for my negative comment. My contract with LDP ended on September 7, 2019 so I waited until it ended so as not to incur cancellation fees. I called on August 26 to announce that I would not be renewing my contract on September 8, 2019 and the lady confirmed that my file was closed. As of September 9, 2019, a fee of $33.99 is charged to my account on behalf of LDP. Not knowing why, I called LDP for the first time and waited 35 minutes before leaving a message to get a return call. Having had none 4 days later I called back, waited 25 minutes and left another message. No return call when returning from the weekend. I called back a 3rd time and the receptionist told me that she would send an email to a broker to call me back. Remember, this is just to understand the charges to my account! The broker calls me back and leaves a message on my answering machine. I then called back and got his voicemail. I have been waiting for his call for 1 week now. The process has been going on for 3 weeks now. I'm exasperated and what's more, I STILL don't know why I had to pay $33.99. 12/21/2019 After my review was posted, someone emailed me to say I would receive a refund check for the amount I was charged. After 1 month, I still had not received the check so I wrote again to the person in question who replied that they were going to request a new check. And here we are another 1 month later, still not received my refund check.... Seriously....
Do yourself a favor and pass on this insurance company. Auto: my car spent three months in the garage... House: no follow-up, more than a month and no return to start the work...
