Don’t trust them. Just had my auto insurance terminated mid-Covid because I changed my address. Strongly suggest finding a more customer service oriented insurance company.

WORST insurance I have them. I have had 5 price changes per year without my authorization. Every time I called, they sorted it out and then changed my contract! My broker offered to terminate the insurance at no cost since I had a lot of problems with them during the year. 10 days after payment, $350 was taken from my account without warning, nothing is wrong with this insurance!!!! In addition, when I called, a broker hung up on me twice because he could not answer my questions. Zero professionalism, I sincerely hope that the $350 will not take 15 years to be repaid.!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I'll give you some context. First, in December, I had my first late payment. In February, the amount did not work for unauthorized signature. Logically, I receive a letter of termination notice for non-payment of premium (2 times maximum). After reading it, I think this is probably a misunderstanding. I'm calling Allstate to explain. The mystery is solved, the amount was not taken, because my cards were canceled (lost cards). I was told it was okay and to call them back when I received them. That’s actually what I did. When calling back, I go through a first agent who tries to make the payment, but the machine doesn't work. He transfers me (more than an hour of waiting), but the lady does not have her license in our region. She transfers me except that now the other agent tells me in a super unpleasant way that basically the policy has expired and I had 15 days to call. "It was an error on the part of his colleagues." Questions aside, if the payment had gone through with the gentleman, would my policy have expired? Clearly, the lady was not understanding at all and what's more, I had just spent two hours being told that. In short, I explain to him that I will find out before making the final payment. Who says she didn't make a mistake too? I'll call back the next day I think. The gentleman tells me that someone disapproved of the reactivation of the police. Unable to do anything about it, he confirmed to me that my policy had indeed officially expired. After all that, I filed a complaint. Every time, I never receive the right information. Again, I am told that I owe so much money for the termination and then nothing. If I owe nothing, I'm very happy...I'm not complaining, but I'm really afraid that he will come back to me with this so much that I can no longer trust it. In addition, he didn't even have the correct phone number on file, meaning I never received a call which could have helped the situation. I still give one star for my car insurance. I've never had a problem. On the other hand, I give the benefit of the doubt. I have not yet had to deal with customer service regarding my car.
