I needed to renew my vehicle registration. When I walked in, the bell on the door sounded. Although no one was at the front desk, 3 staff were on their computers. I said “Hello?” with a strong voice after a couple of minutes because no one had looked up or acknowledged that there was a customer. After another minute or so I indicated I was leaving and walked out. Went directly to Knight Archer. No one was at their reception desk either but someone quickly left his computer to help me out.
