I have been with Butler Byers for 15 or 20 years. I renewed my house insurance yesterday. Service is almost always mediocre at best. It never seems that my business is valued. Staff usually act as if the customer should just be happy they exist. There never seems to be much appreciation for my business. When we had our garden shed broke into and two high quality bikes stole, my agent didn't even seem interested in helping me decide if a claim was worthwhile or if my premium increase would exceed any potential payout.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday at the counter of the 8th street location. My husband needs to rent a place for work so I was there to inquire on his behalf regarding tenant insurance. She let me know why I couldn’t apply. With extreme kindness and professionalism let me know what they needed on their end from him (he’s on site so it’s a bit difficult for him to get things done during the day) the moment that stood out to be the most was when she mentioned he would need to answer some questions and I asked if she could print them out for me. I did not get an eye roll, any sense of annoyance, she did not try to deflect and tell me to print them. No…. She went and printed that sheet of questions off to help me help my husband. She WANTED to make our lives easier. I thanked her for her wonderful customer service. Honestly, I rarely see that anymore, I sound old, but this younger lady was/is simply amazing.

They are very understandable & very professionals and they are very helpful and kind. During our visit we found a very polite & kind lady Anita, she is very helpful and professional. She was so nice to everyone. We highly recommend others to them. Thanks

Very bad customer service. Came there to transfer my license. They are approaching customers as a burden. There is no customers at that moment and they are reluctant to answer my questions. Make errors in my license and need to correct it again. Not a recommended place for sgi services. An old and young lady working in the evening are main trouble makers. Your staffs are racist minded. Government services should not allowed in this facility. Hope corresponding officials from the government will see this.

Always easy to deal with these folks. Always clean as well.
