The staff at Cherry Insurance are a delightful to work. I highly recommend them for service, and going the extra mile to assist their clients. Today we came across from mazda to get the insurance and registration done for our new car and the time we entered we got warm welcome and assistance right away. They explained each step by step to ensure right information for us. Truely a 5 star ratings .

We traded in our vehicle and purchased a new one at a dealership near by Cherry Insurance. We stopped in to Cherry to have our existing plate transferred over to our new vehicle. Because the bill of sale was in both my name and my husbands, we weren't able to transfer the plate and were required to create a whole new account. They proceeded to plate our new vehicle and not cancel our existing plates for the vehicle we no longer own. When I woke up this morning to find 2 registrations taken out of my bank account, I called to inquire why the vehicle was not cancelled. I was told because I didn't specifically ask them to cancel the plate, they did not. The bill of sale clearly states our trade in and we initially requested the plate to be transferred to our new vehicle. They took zero ownership on their own screw up so I gladly took my business elsewhere to have their mistake corrected. I wouldn't recommend this branch of Cherry Insurance to anyone.

I can't speak highly enough of Cherry Insurance, Circle Drive, especially the staff who is very supportive. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient. The front desk staff especially Ms Deep Shikha handled all my queries with patience. Ms.Natasha, the broker was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left Cherry Insurance feeling confident with the information I received.
