Since it is closer to our house. When its time to register my wife's vehicle I told her to give this place a chance and boy we were in for a ride. This older lady approached us and and she is rude. She is very intrusive and rude with her questions like she doesnt want to be there!. The point she have us fill up the transfer of ownership, we asked what to put in the price box since my wife's car will be a gift from her dad. The lady said write down "gift". She didnt write it right away because my son was out of our sight and was looking for him and this lady just suddenly spelled G-I-F-T on us so loud that the whole staff and customer looked at us. We were felt embarrased and dont know what to do. We are not comfrontational people that is why we just kept quiet and tried to get our errand done!. This a very depressing and most embarassing first experience from us. We are regular customers of butler byers in 8th street and we are always treated with respect. Should have made the drive.
