Exchanged an Ontario Driving Licence One of the reps gave me a novice 2. I have had my Licence for over 15 years, I asked the rep, hey why is this novice 2. I even asked what if someone has a licence for decades, they reiterated yeah everyone gets this. I wasn't buying it but was short on time. I called SGI and they gave me the number for records. I called Affinity and they DID have it fixed in an hour and called to apologise, hence the 3 stars instead of 1. I don't know if it was the agent or a manager that called. I understand we all make mistakes but this is a big one that can cause someone to lose their employment or not get a job. The agent was polite and efficient but maybe they were just tired or inexperienced with this matter. Hopefully future interactions will be redeeming ones.

Dropped in to renew my driver's license and registration. The girl who assisted me was very helpful and courteous. I was in and back out in under 5 minutes. All in all a great experience.

I love working with the staff at Affinity. They always go above and beyond to get me the best insurance rates for my business, and the communication is always great. Thanks for everything Affinity staff!
