I spent more than 20 minutes there waiting and another 20 with an agent on the phone trying to get the information how to deal with my request.
Not sure if this is the right place to review but my CAA response by Shaun was exceptional and the level of personality and care at a response at 4 AM was remarkable. Very important asset to the CAA team and set a great impression of the company!
No one is picking call from more than an hour. Tried app as well updates... what is the use of this service when it is not available when you need it. Very disappointed !!
We dealt with Jocelyn Adie and was blown away by her knowledge and kind demeanour. HIGHLY recommend for any home insurance needs!!
