I was immediately greeted by the staff when I walked in and assured that they'd be with me shortly since they were busy and in calls or whatever. Fast service with a smile. A very human experience.
Strong brokerage service and nice clean office with a wide variety of insurance products. Nathan Smith and staff are great to deal with and get things done!
I stopped by 4 times to get an insurance issue dealt with that required a commissioner of oaths after the 4 th visit was informed that they don’t have anyone at their Quance st location after I had called and was told they had a commissioner on site. “ not impressed “
Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a few hang ups but they were very pleasant and didn't make us feel like we wasted their time. We went home with everything we needed.
slow to respond, slow to offer alternative competitive rates. Found other providers more willing to contact me and give me better rates/solutions. Would not recommend this location
