He takes the time to get to know you and your family and what the needs of your household are, then takes the extra time to sit down and explain things to you in depth! He is extremely patient and willing to spend the time with you, so you understand everything completely. This isn't someone who does the bare minimum - this is someone who genuinely cares about all of his clients, is willing to go above and beyond - and it shows! My family was very pleased with Randy's support and the expertise he provided!
