Everyone in this office is so helpful! They consistently go above and beyond to work with you to get the best deal, doing so with incredible customer service skills. Amanda at the front desk is such a pleasure to deal with, showing genuine empathy and understanding to fully understand your needs. I love this beautiful office, I’ve never had a bad experience here and have so many great things to say!

I’m currently working with Mark Schmidt, an Insurance Advisor with Westland at Victoria Square Mall in Regina. I have been in numerous times and he has always been friendly, welcoming, and willing to assist. I’ve had some issues as a result of some unexpected needs and Mark has made a tremendous effort to resolve those for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else after these experiences. The staff is amazing, unfortunately the Sask government doesn’t have a proper form for adding a spouse to your registration. They need to come up with a new form so you don’t have to modify the buy/sell form.
