Had a mixup with the 24hr vehicle permit and Linda, a supervisor at McOrmond Cherry Insurance location, was the most helpful in resolving it. Exceptional customer service, thank you! Highly recommend this location for any of your vehicle insurance needs.

Had to go in and deal with my late husband’s vehicle registration. Staff were completely insensitive, had no idea how to complete the process. I had instructions from my lawyer regarding what was needed. They just kept saying I needed a letter or some kind of document but couldn’t tell me what it needed to say or what type of document they were missing that I hadn’t already given. I ended up going to a different brokerage that treated me with respect and sensitivity and actually knew the documentation I needed to complete the process.

The Indian guy doesn't seem to want to work there. Not a single smile, or greetings while I was there and was shaking his legs while standing there the whole time. He got paid too much for this kind performance

Went to renew my drivers license. Dude who served me pretty much yelled all the questions and was so abrupt and curt towards me I felt like I was a bother rather then a valued customer. Dude needs to realize he is in a customer service role and be nicer to people.

They don't answer their phones for a simple question, having to cost you time to drive there and talk to someone. Answer your phones! If you're too busy to answer phones, hire someone to do it!
