Stay away from this company. They exploit your personal information and data in an attempt to sell their products, not only to you but also to the people you know. Firstly, they deceive customers by using the Union name, offering an additional insurance policy at no cost. Secondly, during a 1.5-hour Zoom meeting, their representative, Demetri, requested my personal information and the contact details of at least 5 individuals who know me, supposedly to verify my identity. He claimed this was necessary for eligibility purposes. Subsequently, Demetri proceeded to complete a contract for additional benefits, which came at an extra cost, under the guise of being a requirement for the free life insurance eligibility. Upon refusing to make a purchase, they resorted to calling my friends, using my name, in an attempt to sell their services to them.

I recently had an excellent experience when John and myself sat down and went over my current coverage. Being a small business owner it is important that I have proper coverage for myself, and John was able to show me exactly where I was lacking coverage. He was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to go over all my policies and explain everything. Ultimately I went with a policy with John and AIL as I recieved almost 3 times the coverage at similiar price as other policies I have. I would definitely recommend John and AIL to anyone looking as after looking at multiple companies they had by far some of the best rates.

very poor company. extremely pushy and disorganized, never sent me my policy number or any information about it. raised prices and charged me more without letting me know. took over 4 months to cancel my account because of the horrible customer service I kept getting rerouted and never found anyone that was able to help me until I got the charges blocked from the bank.

Was told that I would get a call if I was approved or not before any money was pulled out of my account. Surprise, 3 days later (with no phone call) they randomly pulled over $100 from my bank account. Tried calling both the agent I talked to and the company itself to cancel and get my money back and no one has called me back. Going to get BBB and a lawyer involved next. Run as fast as you can away from this company. Bunch of scam artists.

I did my research about AIL and am happy to now have permanent insurance in place. Courtney was an excellent representative and made it very easy for me to understand my policy. She made sure to show me different options that filled in the gaps in my work insurance. Highly recommend all members sit down with AIL
