If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give. Terrible customer service. Weeks on end with no replies to emails or phone messages. They are selling insurance yet have no information regarding the actual policies and packages. 10/10 would not recommend.

Impossible to get a-hold of. Merged companies in 2023 and as a result are chaotically disorganized and unknowledgeable. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I used Hoffman Kool for over a decade for my first home and multiple vehicles. I called Aaron who never returned my calls. After 6 months of this I had enough. I found out I was double insured. I provided all the paper work possible to ensure this wouldnt happen and even when it did, Nicole their line manager pointed the finger at me. My new insurer said no problem and filed a claim and I got my money back, Hoffman didnt even provide me this advice and were too lazy to execute it. They asked for my business back and when I allowed them to provide me a quote to think about, they just went ahead and signed off on it with no approval from myself. They are lazy at returning calls and doing any type of customer service. They used to focus on the customer when they were smaller, now once they have you signed on a policy, they forget you and put off calling a person back. If you are in the North End of Saskatoon, there are better insurers out there.
