Was told there was no one notarizing at the 51 st street location when I called, and was told to go to the one down town. Went to the location down town that afternoon they stayed no one was working that day that could do this and to go to the one on 51st and it could be down there- I even had someone call and the staff stated she was available after they called. I get to the 51st location for the staff to not be available. Waste of my time even going there. Lack of communication and the staff bobbled their head at me when I explained the situation and explained why I was upset with the poor communication. No professionalism.

Google says you were open Saturdays I came all the way here to see that you’re open sign says you are closed Saturdays. Please change this three people were waiting outside when I came as well. Just saw two more pull-up as I was leaving too. They all were in the same boat where they checked online

Seems as if the management has changed name change and the whole attitude of employees changed. The Indian guy is extremely rude
