Long story short, if you don't want to read about my experience--believe the other reviews. This company truly has horrible customer service and impolite employees. HK Henderson had our insurance done same-day. I tried to apply with this establishment for insurance on my first home. We received, filled out, and submitted the application form and after 12 days of silence, we reached out to touch base on how the application was moving along, as the date of possession was fast-approaching. They informed us that they had nothing on file, and had lost our information. After resubmitting, we reached out again the following day to make sure the same hadn't happened again. We received a snippy email informing us that they are "first come first serve" and to have some patience. After informing them that we had gone with another company, they doubled down with a very sarcastic-sounding apology for not getting to us "fast enough." Even our mortgage broker was shocked by their behaviour and time-frame, and gave us a much better recommendation.
Such poor customer service skills and not at all helpful over the phone, the 3rd Ave location used to be amazing, have friendly staff, helpful and quick but my last few interactions with them have been less than ideal. On hold for over an hour then I was told that they can only do things between 7:30 and 4:30. Go somewhere else if you actually need something handled.
The 3rd Avenue location when it was still Galon. Was amazing .. hours were a lot more convenient and the staff was friendlier and more knowledgeable. I've tried a few times now to use HUB at the 3rd Avenue location. Nope I can't do it. The hours aren't convenient anymore and the staff is rude and half the time didn't know what they were doing. I've pulled everything and gone to Knight Archer .... won't be back.
Ayden was our agent. He was incredibly kind and efficient. He provided us with such prompt service and was so positive during our interaction. It is great to have a insurance broker in the city that remains open late and is well staffed. Thank You Ayden
1 year ago I moved back to Sasktchewan, and a Galon teller confiscated my AB Health Card (I've got several physical disabilities that require my having access to healthcare) and my AB drivers license, leaving me without ANY form of ID. In the process of reapplying for my health card, I needed my Saskatchewan Drivers License address changed to my land location as I live out of the city. It took me 12 weeks to get my drivers license in hand. Twelve weeks. I had to call back 6 times to have my personal information lost in the mail 5 times, before anyone at this office could figure out how to mail something to a PO Box. On the insurance side of things: on August 10th I spoke to someone on the phone who walked me through applying for home insurance. I emailed said application to the email address he told me to. Yesterday, August 22nd, I call in to inquire about the application, to be told they had no application and that I'd have to resend it. This office has, in the last year: -delayed surgery -lost my personal information in the mail 5 times -successfully cut me off receiving any Healthcare I did not have to pay for out of pocket as a Canadian Citizen who requires frequent medical attention from physical disabilities and health problems -lost and delayed my home insurance application If I could give 0 stars, I would. Update: they sent me my new ID to my new address with my OLD address on my ID. Can you guys do ANYTHING correctly? Good god.
