So I needed to put plates on a car I hadn’t under for some time, called my regular place, closing in 5 mins… well they didn’t answer, thought maybe Knight Archer would be available later, yup! They are, and I had the absolute pleasure of reaching Lori, she is amazing, quick, efficient and very knowledgeable, with in Minutes the registration was completed and an email in my box. Just cannot say enough about Lori, great phone etiquette, and manners. Super easy to work with. Ask for Lori!

I am not sure what is wrong with your phones. I have been trying to call for two different days nobody picked and when I went to knight archer 8th street. there are whole bunch of people sitting there doing nothing and phones are ringing at the back. Today again calling them they are not picking up.

Staff at the front desk didn’t seem to want to do anything but the bare minimum. We wanted a little more information to help us with future decisions but the staff serving us didn’t want to go back into the licensing system to get that info for us. I would suggest going to another place where you can get the information you would like and be served with professionalism.
